[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We as a family love playing board games it gets everyone off the electronics and allows us to spend quality time together. I have a 10 year old daughter and I like that it gets her thinking. It sounds easy but actually when playing it is harder than you would think and hilarious to see everyones response. The best part is the kids getting to whack us as they say lol.

I brought this game to a family game night. My 3 year old nephew was going to be the time keeper. Sadly the timer had broken during delivery so he and my five year nephew were going to be the No Stick operators. It turned out they both were good at guessing as well! This game is great for making your think. My family enjoyed the game and said it brought it us together and offered many laughs.

This has to be one of the most fun games we have played in a long time! Basically, you have to speak clues and answers in a way “Neanderthals” would. If you mess up, you get hit with the blow up club!! We had so much fun with this one!! Highly recommended to play with kids !

There are plenty of cards to be able to play without repeating any cards. Set up is just a minute of so so that you can start the game quick. If is hilarious to hear everyone speak in such simple words or sentences. We laugh throughout every game we have played!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Funny party game that adds enough twists to a typical game of Taboo to make this worthwhile. This gives your brain a silly workout as you try to figure out how to give your partner clues while only speaking like a caveman. Keeping all your clues to one syllable is stressful enough but under a time constraint and you have a pretty lively game here! I would definitely choose this over Cards Against Humanity but you have to be feeling a bit wacky and zany to get the most out of this. The inflatable "NO" stick is funny at first but becomes a bit obnoxious as the game goes on. Other than that, a funny party game to play with a family or younger gamers.

I will try to write using rules of game. One word to get mate to guess is hard, but fun! We had fun with game with all age. I think this may be more easy for men they use less words day to day...LOL! Good group game! (In case you are wondering if I went to any high school English classes, yes I did, I was just trying to write the review in one-syllable words, per the game's rules. I absolutely recommend this game to all families.)

I'm glad I got Poetry for Neanderthals because it's a lot of fun for students learning languages. Although we have it in English and not other languages, it's fun to see students and professors flex their linguistic skills by coming up with single-syllable hints.

Our family loved playing Poetry for Neanderthals for family game day! It’s easy to learn and set up which is nice because it doesn’t take extra time. Even our 5-year old loved playing and caught on quickly! The inflatable club is the perfect addition for a competitive family who likes having fun!
