The pasta is lower glycemic and easier to digest than regular pasta, due to the high fiber content with lentil, pea, chickpea, durum, spelt, and barley flours, and the protein content is high. Best of all, it tastes good and is easy to prepare! Penne and rotini make pretty presentations. I'm happy Sam's has this healthy pasta.

I have tried so many alternative pastas and have never liked any of them. This one is amazing! I didn't taste a difference from other traditional pastas and the texture was perfect. It was more filling than regular pasta too, I was only able to eat a small serving where normally I can put away a big bowl of regular. Hopefully that will help with diet and blood sugar regulation. I am adding more to my cart right now. I hope these become a regular item instead of limited.
