Since I changed my diet, I look for good proteins from sources other than the normal foods such as pasta. I have tried other brands, but Barilla protein pasta is the best tasting with the true pasta texture I have had. Please do not stop carrying this item.

My favorite pasta

Our first time purchasing Protein plus pasta by barilla. We cooked the pasta a little longer than to give us the softer consistency. We ended up eating a half a serving because it filled us up faster. We did not notice any taste difference. We would definitely purchase this product again.

Pasta to help meet your daily protein needs!

Love the taste and texture! This rotini has replaced our usual noodles for our spaghetti! Price is unbelievable in a great way! Get great taste, protein, and save money. Win!

Yummy and priced the best

Used the rotini for pasta salad.  Haven't tried the penne yet.  Wasn't able to tell the difference between the regular pasta which I usually buy and this extra protein pasta.

Great

This pasta is really helpful to my need for lower carb, higher protein meals.  It has a perfectly al dente texture, and it isn't grainy or mealy in texture.   Perfect for mac and cheese, and also pasta salad.   It tastes better with tomato sauce than regular whole wheat pasta.

great taste and contains a healthy amount of fiber and protein, almost as much as other products made of mostly soy or pea protein. This one is wheat (semolina) based with some added lentil/pea flour.

Good taste and ingredients and reasonably priced

Both my kids, 3 years and 11 months, love this pasta, even plain with just butter or oil. Bonus points, it has protein and fiber. I'm actually going to cook up a pot right now for lunch.

This pasta is so good! I use it to make meals to send with my college kids. The extra protein makes each meal that much better. Great texture and taste.

Delicious protein

I liked their regular pasta but my doctor said this would be a good alternative choice for a healthier diet. I gave it a try and it’s not bad. Flavor is equal texture not as firm.

A healthier alternative to regular pasta

A whole bunch of what flour is used to make this, read in the ingredients list. They may be adding just 1% of lentil, cheackpeea, etc, unless the company made clear how much each ingredient is used (%) to make this, I consider this the same as other wheat past. I don't trust them. The labeling on the box is wrong, purposely made to confuse customers. Will never buy again.
