I don't eat pasta often due to the amount of carbs. I had to make a main dish for a gathering and tried this to use in my chicken alfredo dish. Everyone was raving about how delicious it was. I told them that the pasta had extra protein. They wanted to know where to find out and what brand. I can definitely say it was a hit.
