Great taste and texture! Our family favorite high protein pasta - we use angel hair/thin spaghetti and penne. Our son has enjoyed this since he was little! He never liked other chickpea or rice pastas. If only they made fettuccine!

Just tried and can't believe the taste! I normally ate whole wheat pasta - until beginning a low carb diet. Honestly - pasta is the carb that I missed the most. IMHO - I could have made for my Son and he wouldn't have known the difference! He never cared for the whole wheat pasta. I believe he would live this. Will definately be my "go to pasta" - guess I will have to see if they make lasagna or elbow macaroni. Yummy.
