This is a very high quality smoked salmon with great flavor and texture. The packages last a long time when they are unopened.

This is best smoked salmon and even better now that they split the large package into two smaller packages so you don’t have to worry about using all of it at once.

This smoked salmon is normally excellent, but in the last purchase 1 package was great and in the other the salmon was not cleanly sliced and separated. It was stringy and wouldn't hold together, as if it weren't properly or fully smoked
