Both packages have a 12 month old date of 1/3/25 so afraid to even try eating - wonder if that was a feeze date as it looks and smellsok.

This is a large amount for the price you pay! It is a great deal. We used one package for a sushi party and saved the other half for the next party.

Love the new double package. Lox always delicious and stays fresh longer. Great value for the money.

Smoked salmon has nice hint of smoke and the salmon slices were tender and buttery. A definite treat at a great price.

same as before but new packaging with two smaller portions instead of one large portion. Not convenient for our purposes but it is what it is.

The repackaged product is oilier (oil practically gushes out when you open the package), mushier (hard to remove slices without them tearing into little pieces) and blander in taste. Still a decent value but not nearly as good as it was.
