[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this range and could not be happier! The oven is spacious and accommodated a large roast and side dishes. The oven cooks evenly and preheats quickly. The inside blue color enhances the aesthetics of my kitchen! The top burners are large enough for my family size pots. Best appliance ever!

I wanted just a gas oven without air-fry &/or convection. The burners turn on quickly. And the controls are on the front so you don't have to reach over the flames. The handle on the oven door is convenient to hang a dish towel. The pull out drawer at the bottom is good for a few flat skillets. Con: You have to be careful of the grills scratching the paint. We bought little silicone caps & put them on the four feet that are unprotected.

I've had the gas range for a month. I'm learning to use the choice of burners and the level of settings. I'm learning to adjust the amount of gas flame for various cooking. The first time I made soup, evidently I had the flame too high and scorched the bottom of pan. I do like the choice of burner sizes and the middle oblong flame for griddles or warming. I used the over to bake cookies, and they turned out great. It's a little hard to read the settings on the control panel. The letters should be brighter or should be a lighted panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful range. And we’d love to be able to use it. But have had problems with getting the grill. It arrived broken in the original shipment and the replacement also arrived broken. Now waiting for the third iteration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the gas stove, I think I would prefer the dials on the back but the front is ok, the front panel though is black and the only illuminated thing is the clock. It’s really hard to see the words for each thing. The whole panel should be illuminated.

Love my other LG appliances. I am a repeat buyer. But this gas range cooks too hot on average 5- degrees hotter than what it's set for. LG has refused to service it without a serial number but I can't find it on the appliance or on any of the instruction material. Very disappointing response from a company I have been so loyal to.

This LG Gas Range is beautiful!!! The stove top works well, and everyone of the 5 burners work great. They are equipped with Safety Knobs that must be pressed inward before they turn on. That's what I wanted. Unfortunately, the Control Panel does NOT light up, and you cannot read the writing on it without using a flashlight!!! The clock lights up, and a box comes up as a symbol to show the stove is lit! But that's it! Makes me want to say, "What Fool!!!" I do NOT know what unwise person thought that a Control Panel on a Gas Range or any other appliance didn't need to light up, but evidently, they don't bake or use an oven at any time to cook!!! If you could actually see the writing to read it on the Control Panel, it would be different. I will be returning this range. I am currently looking for a replacement range without a digital display. The range that I had used for years had a display that lit up and was easy to see and read. If it hadn't simply worn out, I'd still be using it! Let me tell you about the delivery men. The men who came to install the range did a great job of bringing it inside and were very careful!!! But they should NOT be allowed to install gas appliances. I had already had my gas line and connection checked, and everything was in good working order. All the installer had to do was put the yellow gas tape on the gas connection, screw the gas hose to it, and then to the range, and turn on the gas. Instead the man cranked and cranked on my gas line, and could have easily broken it!!! In doing so, he turned it up in the air which was totally unnecessary, and made it hard to hook up the 5ft gas hose they brought with them. Then they said that they couldn't hook up that gas hose to the range because it wouldn't fit!!! Then they told me that because the hose would NOT fit, they they would have to take my new range back with them. I told them that I had paid for the range and they weren't taking it anywhere. At which point, they decided that they could hook it up and did so. However, the installer made a horrible mess in doing so!!! I had to pay someone to come in and redo the installation of my Gas Range! He said it was a miracle that the installer hadn't caused my Gas Line to Explode and cause my house to burn down. He had to clean all the Pipe Dope off the fitting and off my gas connection. He also had to straighten out the new Gas Hose because the installer had kinked it up. That guy truly made a mess of things!!! Sam's Club, or LG, you need to use professionals, if you are going to send someone to install gas appliances!!! Thankfully, I had someone who I knew could clean up the mess your installer made, and who could redo the installation of my new LG Gas Range!!!

There is no dimensional diagram available online. The overall depth dimensions given are to 'face of handle" I need to know what the overall depth is to 'face of door' (without handle)
