I've had these bowls a shot while but we've already used these good sturdy bowls many times. I simply love that I made this purchase.

I bought these two weeks ago. They are the perfect size for my family. They hold approximately two cups of liquid. We use them for cereal, soup, chili, you name it. I don't have an issue with washing them, as was stated by another person, I prefer to do my dishes by hand. We like them so much that I will be buying another set for my self and also a set for a friend...

I bought mine in the club. I washed them in the dishwasher immediately after buying them and contrary to other reviews I have had no water build up in any of these bowls' handles. I bought a set for my daughter online and they seem to be a little different from the in club variety. they work great for my lifestyle.

I bought these for soup, not sure if they would be useful because they had no lids.....they were one of the best purchases I have made. I use them routinely. I use them for soups, party dips and even make pizza pot pies in them....I was worried about them baking for 20 minutes in the oven...no problem at all! They was in the dishwasher and are very chip resistant! Incredible buy!

I'm handicap and with the handle I can handle the bowl better while I'm eating my crub and my dogs like the handle two so they can put it back in the cabinet when they get their licking done clean, so no dishwasher problem yet!

Size and colors perfect BUT... When washed in dishwasher, with bowl upside down to be able to get the interior clean, water soaks into the large unglazed bottom and gets trapped between the layers of the glazed part. There is a small hole on the underside of the handle to drain it out, but very little drains out. You can shake the bowl and hear the water sloshing around inside. After heating my soup in the microwave, the water boiled inside the layers, and burst out of the hole. Dangerous!! Can cause severe burns. Luckily I had it sitting on a microwave plate, or it would have been all over the microwave since there was a large puddle under the bowl when the soup was cooked.

I have the same water issue.nwas wondering when I put hot soup in bowl, the handle got wet. Water comes out of the little hole in the handle. Gonna try to return them!

If you plan to use a dishwaster on these I would recommend another brand. With the opening in the bottom of the handle you cannot avoid holding water. We will be returning them.
