This chair is great but not made for tall people. I am 5' 2" and it fits me well.

We got a couple of these for dads home theater and he loves them! Good quality and features.

They were flying out of store. 5 in pick up area. Have been looking for four months. Price got me. Seat a little narrow, cant curl up. Arm rests not so great. Poor instructions. I saved $200 on one day sale to apply to next chair. Would still buy again at this price.

I just finished my basement and added a theater room. Wasn't looking for anything expensive (because theater chairs can get pretty pricey), and I came across these. For the price they're not bad and do everything I need them to do. I bought 4 from my local Sam's, setting them up was pretty straight forward and took about 10 minutes per chair (once out of the box). Personally I have no complaints in regard to the comfort level. However, I can see where other reviewers start to complain about the comfort level after extended periods of time in the chair. Keep in mind I'm using these as theater chairs, so not every day, multiple hour use. If you're looking for a chair to sit in for multiple hours of the day, you might want to look elsewhere. If you're looking for some new theater seating for occasional use with pretty good quality at a good price, you might have found what you're looking for.

This chair is very comfortable and relaxing. I deeply appreciate the value and features chair has

My family purchased 5 chairs for our new home theater (June 2017). The chairs are very comfortable and functional. We love the multiple USB chargers and dual reclining features. The chair reclines back that allows you to lay flat while watching a movie. The headrest elevates upward so you don't need a pillow to be comfortable. I have had an inexpensive set of theater chairs before so time will tell concerning their durability. It would be a 5 star but one chair needs adjusting so that it does not adjusting so it does not rub other metal parts when being extended and retracted. I will call the support line to see if they offer any help. Despite the one adjustment (probably from shipping) we really like the chairs. I will update my review in 6 ~ 12 mos.
