This is a very soft pillow. Definitely lives up to the name 'cloud.' Great for me since I am primarily a back sleeper. I would not recommended if you are a side sleeper.

I purchased two of the CLOUD PILLOWS and they are the best handsdown. My shoulders and neck are fully supported. I loved them so much and I ordered 2 more.

I have enjoyed my Tempur-Cloud pillows. They are firm enough and also soft enough. They conform to your body and bounce back into original shape after use. Great product.
