I have hunted for a good pillow forever.....finally found it....It is so good I ordered another one for my husband after I let him try mine. He was sold!!!!

I wouldn't say its soft like other reviews or the description. I feel like after a couple of weeks. I'm used to it now and don't mind it but it was not life changing like I expected haha

These pillows are way too thin. It's like sleeping with nothing! My husband and I both woke up with sore necks every day. Also, there is no return or exchange policy with these. So you're out a lot of money if they don't work for you.

I wanted to like the pillow but it's too tall and stiff. I contacted customer care and they said that a refund is not allowed if you purchase pillows. What a disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both pillows were damaged with unusual markings and black mold. The replacement pillows had large and small gashes in the foam and unusual markings. Escalation Dept refused to issue refund
