[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often crave the dense, form-fitting Temper-Pedic pillow. But at times it is a bit too firm and I rotate in a softer and more fluffy pillow.

Pillow works but it is very low. I would have preferred one that was a bit more substantial and rose higher from the bed. Still, while my neck pain hasn't gone away, it is much improved.

I wanted to like the pillow but it's too tall and stiff. I contacted customer care and they said that a refund is not allowed if you purchase pillows. What a disappointment.
