This pillow is a lot more firm than I expected. Purchased online so I didn't try it before buying. The Tempur material doesn't conform too readily when I lay my head on it. I would prefer a softer, more responsive material.

I have been using the pillows for 2 weeks now. They are buttery soft and smooth. They are truly like a cloud and you sink into them. They are truly worth the money and have provided me with a quality sleep.

This product is comfortable as you settle in, but it has little or no contour and it's hard to stay comfortable as you move around through the night. Disclosure: I've had prior neck surgery and the support I need may be different than yours.
