[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems very good quality but is only soft at first, once it has adjusted to you it seems hard compressed. I sleep mostly on my stomach and move around, this becomes hard when adjusting in the middle of the night.

Before even taking out of the plastic I tested the pillow, and my head fell instantly to the mattress without any kind of support. This pillow is soft yes like in description, however I was not expecting the pillow to be that soft. I tried a few more times just to see if I would change my mind, and I cannot use this pillow, nor can anyone in my family. So I have a very expensive pillow just sitting in a box. This also is a queen size and I didn't see options for a king bed which would have been nice if the pillow worked out. Also, there isn't a return policy, and if your city does not have a distributor nearby to test these pillows out, you are out of luck like me.

I gave my mom, dad, my partner's mom and step dad each a pillow for Christmas and all four of them are in love with it. All say their sleep has improved and they have significantly less neck pain. I would call that a grand slam. If you are on the fence, let this review convince you that it's worth it.

I bought these because they were buy 1 get 1 free, honestly, and the name is reputable. The reviews were good but you never know. These pillows improved my sleep and my neck pain immensely. I knew my old pillows weren't great but I didn't realize what a profound difference a good pillow can make. I am extremely picky concerning the comfort of pillows. Having purchased numerous (I can't even remember how many) pillows and never being pleased, I tried the Tempur-Cloud pillow and love it. It has just enough firmness for support but is quite soft.

It was difficult getting use to a harder pillow that conforms to your head than a soft regular pillow at first. It's pretty comfortable now that I have gotten use to it. I would recommend this pillow for anyone that has any neck issue.

Terrible. I'm only being straight forward because I contacted support already and they said they cannot do anything to assist me and that pillows have a zero refund policy. Have only purchased your pillows since about 2015 and have your bed. Will be looking into other options in the future.
