[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many pillows and even when I find one I like, it goes flat in a few months. This pillow retains its shape and always adjusts to the most comfortable angle for my sleeping position, which varies. It's a keeper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I will be straight right from the off, I have never really got on with these memory foam type pillows.. but I have wide shoulders and look for neck support and I may have chosen too firm a pillow. These are without a doubt the best I have ever tried and they do exactly what they claim to do... they don't make my head hot, they do reshape after use, they are supportive in all the right places but I find my ears don't like them they impair circulation and they then start to ache a little. I confess the error may be mine... I got too firm a pillow, so please consider this when reading my review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sorry to say this pillow provides no support for the neck at all. I bought both the tempur-neck pillow and this tempur-cloud pillow. Because the quality of the neck pillow has change d and it is now too hard to sleep on and it hurt my neck, that was why I wanted to try this cloud one. However, it has no support at all for my neck and I had to stop using it too because I experienced headaches after sleeping on it. I wish the company could offer customers refund like it did in the past, but I ended up hide it in my storage room because I tried to give it away to my friends and no one likes it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our doubts that we could find a pillow that would give us a good nights sleep. We were not sure we should take a chance with the offer given on a tempurpedic web page, but decided to give them a try. We have to say we are completely satisfied with our choice and find sleeping at night has been transformed by these pillows. Adjusting during sleep is easy, pillow is manageable, not like the king pillows we use to sleep on. We couldn't be happier and would and are recommending them to friends and family.

At first I was not all that impressed with this pillow. Seemed kind of "meh". Then I decided to give it a try. I have never had a pillow that was so accommodating. It's like it's not there. I mean, you don't notice it at all; you just sleep well on it. I use a CPAP machine and pillows sometimes get in the way. Not this one. You can't judge it awake. You have to give it a night-then you'll understand. It's like magic.

As with most pillows for me (being 5'6" tall), it's another "too high" pillow, which hurts my neck when either sleeping on side or back. Also, I cannot understand why this pillow has a "crunchy" sound to it, which is similar to the light crumbing of newspaper, when you push in or rest your head on it. And don't get me started on the Body Pillow, it is hard as a rock. Neither my leg nor my arm will even remotely sink into it (at 75 degrees Fahrenheit).

I really like how it contours around your head but doesn't bottom out like other pillows I have used. It's excellent for sleeping in your back but isn't quite thick enough for side sleeping. Overall, I think it's a great pillow and will eventually buy the king size.

We just purchased a Tempurpedic mattress, which we love, so thought we should get pillows to match. However, I have been disappointed with this pillow because I wake up with neck pain and headaches. I find that when both on my back or side the pillow flattens out and provides no support. I have been tucking my shoulder under to give it some lift since it appears I dont have any options to return it. Been very happy with our mattress, but might recommend trying different pillows out if you have any neck issues that require support.
