The pillows compress to much making it uncomfortable.

Uncomfortable, too soft. I was waking up the whole night. Very poor experience

It feels great initially. Within 5 minutes it's as hard as a rock.

Great quality. But, for me and my aging neck it's not quite right. It's just a bit too low for me.
