Very comfortable, I would only give the Cloud Pillow 4 stars because it is much less comfortable than the other, nicer, tempur-pedic pillows.

The original Tempur-Cloud Pillow is absolutely the best pillow that I have ever slept on! Went back and bought more for my entire family.
