Got two different kinds and still after two weeks don't know which I like best. My husband likes them both, too. You head is cradled no matter which way you move throughout the night. Then the pillow pops back to its original shape. Must admit that in this case I got what I paid for---good night's sleep.

I had even talked to a "consultant " (even though he wasn't much help) and told him what I was looking for. He told me what to order. Maybe your consultants need additional training

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a pillow that holds its shape. This pillow is so comfortable, it gives enough to cradle my head but holds its shape when I turn from side to side. I recommend this pillow. It allows me to get a good nights sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received free with my topper. I really do like it its super soft and comfy when sleeping on my back but I did order the tempur-cloud breeze cooling pillow as I am a side sleeper and I needed a higher loft pillow for my shoulder.

This pillow provides the perfect amount of support while leaving you able to get the best sleep you've ever experienced. Feather pillows flatten to easily and need readjustment. Foam pillows have no give - too firm. This pillow supports your head and needs no readjustment so you get a longer period of sound sleep. I bought one for me and my wife tried it. She loved it so we bought another. She is like the princess and the pea! Really - it took buying 15 pillows before she found the one she loves.....The TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow. I highly recommend this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm am a side and back sleeper and these pillows have just the perfect combination of softness and firmness to make either sleeping position very comfortable. I'm not sure if that would be the case for a side sleeper who had really wide shoulders - but they are just right for my 5'3" frame. With my old pillows I always felt the pressure of my head on the pillow - these pillows make my head feel like it is "floating", without any particular pressure points. I love the removable covers - they are thick, well made, and machine washable. Would definitely buy these again. If I could improve anything, I would make them just a little bit longer so they fit across my queen bed without leaving as much "open" space. Not many pillows (or pillow cases) come in queen size anymore - even though most people I know have at least 1 queen bed in their home (I have 3).

It can't be too flat, too puffy, too hard, too soft, it needs to be just right and this pillow was the one that was just right! I recently had neck surgery and needed the perfect pillow. I needed a pillow that offered support but was comfortable and conformed to my head and neck and this did the job. My Tempur-Cloud pillow was so comfortable and made my recovery a little easier. Even my husband loved my pillow so he bought one too!

It's amazing. Due to my medical condition and working on the computer for 10 to 13 hours a day. I get a lot of neck pain. since I got this pillow I have had 80% less pain. I have experienced amazing result that I purchased a second set of pillows for the guest room and have been telling my friends about it. I travel a lot so I decided to purchased the travel pillow, but to my disappointment it did not live up to the expectation of the cloud pillow.
