I thought I had a pillow that couldn't be beat as far as comfort until I bought this pillow. It just forms to your head and allows your head to stay at a nice plane so that your neck isn't at a bad angle where you wake up with neck pain. Highly recommend this pillow for back and side sleepers.

The pillow I received was NOTHING like my old pillow. There's nothing to it, you might as well just sleep on the mattress. You can squeeze it with two fingers and feel your fingers through it. I was so disappointed but couldn't afford to send it back. Won't ever do that again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow truly does feel like a cloud. The feel and amount of give couldn't be more perfect. Unfortunately, it's too fat (high, full) for me. And since pillows are non-returnable I'm out the funds and still without a useable pillow.

I have had back and neck problems for years due to a car accident. This pillow is the best I have ever bought. And I have bought and tried just about every kind of pillow possible. I have just about all of tempurpedic pillows but this one is the best in my opinion. I am a side sleeper and it is the best.

They offer very little support and you would think if you're paying over a hundred dollars for a pillow it would be of some decent quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After sleeping on the tempurpedic contour pillow for years, we ordered the Cloud based on the reviews. My husband loves his. I start out loving mine, however I switch it out in the middle of the night for a thinner pillow. I find it is a little thick and I know it holds my head higher than my contour. I'm sure once I get used to that i will be a happier sleeper.

I got a belly sleeper pillow but it didn't help as much as I wanted. I've been shifting my sleeping position to my side and recently got this pillow to help with the transition and wow! Its so comfy and supportive, I can use it for side and stomach sleeping :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pillow, it's super soft, and comforms any which way you could want. Two of them together is awesome as well. What I like the most is to put this on top of the contour pillow and it's great. The only problems are the heat buildup, and it needs to be a bit thicker, it's almost to thin and you have to fold it sometimes as it heats up and becomes even thinner and very smushy.

This is the second pillow I purchased (I also tried the Tempur-cloud adjustable pillow) and they were both complete failures. So heavy and cumbersome! So uncomfortable! Totally unusable. And sadly, no trial period or guarantee of any sort, so you're just out the money. Very frustrating experience.
