[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's really high quality and comfortable but definitely not as firm as was expected and gets too flat. There's no taking back an open pillow so I have to wait it out but it gets more condensed than it should given it's name and function.

At first I was not all that impressed with this pillow. Seemed kind of "meh". Then I decided to give it a try. I have never had a pillow that was so accommodating. It's like it's not there. I mean, you don't notice it at all; you just sleep well on it. I use a CPAP machine and pillows sometimes get in the way. Not this one. You can't judge it awake. You have to give it a night-then you'll understand. It's like magic.

I have had back and neck problems for years due to a car accident. This pillow is the best I have ever bought. And I have bought and tried just about every kind of pillow possible. I have just about all of tempurpedic pillows but this one is the best in my opinion. I am a side sleeper and it is the best.

It felt too low and too dense when I first started using it, but I find myself looking for the pillow when I wake up in the middle of the night and have shifted to my other pillow. It's really molds to my head and even with my arm under it on my side, it's is still comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband like this pillow but I do not. The memory foam is too soft. When I lay my head on the pillow, it starts to form to the memory foam, and once I'm settled, the memory foam is only a couple inches thick, leaving my head below my shoulders. I am a side sleeper. Sometimes I lay on my back and when I do it is comfortable.

I bought this pillow under the impression that it was the same as a pillow I had years ago. I tried it out for a night and discovered that it was not as firm as I would have liked. I contacted customer support and they said there was nothing they could do for me. Therefore, when buying a pillow here make sure it the exact pillow you want, because even during a pandemic when showrooms are closed there is a zero return policy.

One down side is since it is so soft, it doesn't support my neck as well. Since it wasn't meant to be ergonomic in design, it's Understandable. So far pretty good and serves its purpose.
