Very soft but supportive. The only thing I don't like is it kind of warm. It's not hot now but I'm the summer I'm worried it might be.

Falls short, but Good Pillow Overall

The pillows I received are extremely comfortable and my neck feels so much better. I love these pillows!

My favorite pillows!

The two pillows I received arrived with a chemical smell or smoke smell. It was unpleasant. I let them air out a few days and the smell has not gone away. They are also way too firm for my personal liking and my husbands. We put other pillows on top of them. I’m not sure what I was expecting however this was not it. It feel like a flat old pillow touch had forever.
