[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom likes the pillow but for me it's not 100% satisfaction from Tempurpedic. The pillow is nice and soft but not much support to my head and neck as I expected. But worth a try because some people may love it but I personally wouldn't buy this pillow again.

They sink in quickly and do not come back up very quick. Maybe i'm comparing them to foam pillows. These pillows are not for everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been searching for a pillow that was comfortable and supportive. Before the Tempur Cloud pillow, I had three pillows that I alternated sleeping with and sometimes slept on two at a time! I was doubtful that the Tempur Cloud pillow would be comfortable to sleep on, but from the moment I began sleeping on it I have been in sleep heaven! I only need one pillow, I wake up refreshed and my neck is not hurting! I love it and will always have one!

It basically gets so flattened where my head lays and provides no neck support. I end up waking up with awful shoulder and neck pain and is terrible if you are a side sleeper especially. We have tempur-pedic mattresses as well which we enjoy but these pillows are very disappointing.

They offer very little support and you would think if you're paying over a hundred dollars for a pillow it would be of some decent quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried all sorts of pillows-buckwheat, down, microfiber, and molded Tempur-Pedic pillows-and these Tempur-Cloud pillows nestle my head comfortably! At last, I'm not discarding my pillow on the floor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleasantly surprised that I love this pillow. It felt too low and too dense when I first started using it, but I find myself looking for the pillow when I wake up in the middle of the night and have shifted to my other pillow. It's really molds to my head and even with my arm under it on my side, it's is still comfortable.

My husband and i wanted to love this pillow so much. After reading all of the reviews, how could we not? This has caused tremendous neck and shoulder issues for us. Not the right pillow. Unfortunately we cannot return it, and it is now a waste. Our pillows before were great, just old and needed to be updates. We thought these pillows would be the great update. Service, delivery and packaging is the reason why i am not giving less stars.

We get a good nights rest with our hybrid mattress (pro adapt) and the tempurpedic adjustable smart base. Overall, the bed and the pillows are the BEST purchase decision we've made in a long time. This pillow literally returns to its regular shape after use. My husband folds his pillow to his comfort level so I'm constantly fluffing his. I'm amazed how it goes right back to its original state. I recommend this pillow 100%.

These are my first ever TEMPUR-pedic pillows, and I was very excited about it. At first, they were great, slightly higher than I prefer but were good for the first 2-3 months-ish. But then the neck pain slowly starts and now 6 months later, my neck has been so strained for 2 weeks and these pillows just make it worse. Disappointed in my purchase. Wish i could get a refund!
