The only thing I can say that needs improvement would be the thickness of the pillow. It would be nice if the pillow is thicker. I bought two and have to use both for support when I am laying on the pillow watching tv.

I fall fast asleep, get a completely restful sleep throughout the night and wake up refreshed. I believe this pillow has eliminated my sleep apnea as well as my back aches. During my life, I somehow wear out pillows within one-year. The TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow is firm, supportive and has kept its shape while giving me comfort since the day I bought it. The recipient didn't like the firmness and returned the pillows to me. Now I'm stuck with two pillows that nobody wants. Neither pillow was used. Please make the return policy more clear in your ads. How are you suppose to test a pillow for your own personal comfort?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this pillow a lot. It is a bit more thin than I was expecting so it's not perfect for side sleepers but it still has eased my neck pain. I would recommend this to somebody with neck pain but if you're a side sleeper you should get something a bit bigger.

At first I was not all that impressed with this pillow. Seemed kind of "meh". Then I decided to give it a try. I have never had a pillow that was so accommodating. It's like it's not there. I mean, you don't notice it at all; you just sleep well on it. I use a CPAP machine and pillows sometimes get in the way. Not this one. You can't judge it awake. You have to give it a night-then you'll understand. It's like magic.

I received this pillow free with the purchase of a mattress topper. I have to admit, I wasn't sure how I'd like a pillow feeling so firm. Just like the firmness of the topper, my head seems to melt into this pillow. I can even pull it around to fit the way I like it. I've purchased many pillows to find the comfort that I liked. I think I might have found it just by getting the mattress topper and the pillow as an added benefit. It may not be the type for everyone but it works for me.

I tried it for the first time 3weeks ago and I've gone 3 weeks without a single neck issue. That's a first for me. I've bought several more as Christmas gifts because I really want my family and friends to experience painless neck issues from sleeping
