[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow helps alleviate neck pain when lying on my back. Pillow is not too thick and actually cradles your head. Pillow does have smell but dissipates after several days.

Love my new Cloud Pillow. The loft is perfect for me. I was having neck pain from my previous pillow. As an octogenarian, my head needs a lot of support when sleeping to stay comfortable. Fred

I L.O.V.E this pillow! I've had neck pain for weeks and my pillow finally arrives, I lay down and stare into the distance for like 15 mins in pure bliss. Classic tempur sinking material good for side sleepers.

I bought two of these pillows and they did not last long. My husband and I started waking up with neck and shoulder pain from these pillows. There is no support in these pillows. They started out great but did not even last a year.
