[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is firm yes soft upon applying any amount of pressure. My head nearly sinks into the pillow and provides me with a feeling of comfort that was foreign to me in the past.

I have purchased a temper cloud pillow 5 years ago and I figured why not get another. This one was NOTHING like the last ones I bought, poor quality, flattens out quickly. Not impressed. Won't be purchasing again.
