It's too firm. My neck hurts every-morning. Would not recommend it

I bought this pillow for my father and he loves it.

After a few minutes, it's essentially like being on no pillow at all. I wish I could return.

I bought two temperpedic cloud pillows for my daughter. She loves it! I need to get one for myself!
