Absolutely love this pillow...so much so that not only did I buy some for both beds in our house, but before I traveled to visit family, I sent them 2 pillows so I could use them when I was there. Then as a gift I let them keep them. They're the perfect height and support levels. Highly recommend

I bought 4 of the pillows and when I opened the box the smell was terrible. It smelled like a combination of chemicals and mold. We tried airing them out and putting an extra pillow cases on them but the smell came through. It was awful and made them unusable. I reached out to Tempurpedic to return them and they said 'no' because they only take pillows back if there is a 'defect'. They gave me suggestions for how to make them smell less bad (e.g. sit on them (!?) to expel the odor, roll them from end to end, leave them to "air out" for some unknown period of time). In my view it is a completely ridiculous attitude for them to take since they clearly know the pillows have an odor but don't mention it in the product description.

First, before buying a pillow know that you cannot return it. I purchased this Termpurpedic pillow after reading the great reviews and was so excited to receive it as I've never owned a Tempurpedic pillow before. This pillow, which is advertised as soft, was so firm! After the first night I thought that I needed to "break it in" and give it a change but after having a few nights of restless sleep, I no longer use the Termpurpedic pillow and reverted back to my old pillow. I thought I could return the pillow after the first night but unfortunately they don't take returns on pillows. I should have done my homework before purchasing and looked at their return policy but since Termpurpedic is such a reputable company, I NEVER thought they wouldn't return it. Lesson learned: don't buy an expensive pillow online unless you've tried it out in person.

Purchased 2 Cloud pillows with the purchase of our new Pro Adapt mattress. While we like the mattress, the pillow does not provide the support needed for comfortable sleep. Given the low loft and soft nature, not sure how it is suitable for "any sleep position," as advertised. I'm 6ft. tall, 170 lbs., so I don't believe my head is an above average weight. Tainted my experience with the mattress until I decided to go back to my old, similar loft, but higher support pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While definitely well made this pillow isn't for everyone. What makes it more of a specialty pillow is its shape. It's uniquely designed and allows relatively cool. However it's relatively flat. More height and rise would make it ideal for stomach, back, and side sleepers. As it is designed it is more for a certain type of back sleeper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed new pillows that kept its form. My old pillows were thinning out had no support. Since I bought these pillows 3 months ago, and they still feel brand new. The quality and comfort is unbelievable.

Been looking for a comfortable pillow to use, but this one was another mistake...It made my back and neck area worse....I won't recommend I don't usually make ratings or reviews but because this is an expensive pillow I don't want anybody made a mistake like I did.

I already had a 6 month old Tempur-Cloud pillow I loved. I just bought 2 more, one for my son and and a second for me. These pillows are much firmer than my first pillow. My son says it even hurts his face. My neck hurts with this pillow but not the one I purchased at the store. Feels like 2 different pillows. Needless to say, these new pillows will go unused. So sad.
