I can tell you that quality of materials that custom to your neck are awesome and unique compared to other brands. Have superior quality and comfort.

No more tossing and turning to try to find a comfortable position the Tempur-Cloud provides excellent support and keeps you locked in place all night long. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Tempurpedic Cloud pillows and have never had better sleep. The pillow is soft as a cloud but at the same time gives great head and neck support. We have not regretted our purchase for a second.

Comfortable, lovely pillows. My husband likes his too. It has helped a lot with my neck pain. When it needs to be replaced one day, I might shell out for the adjustable Cloud since I think I could use a little less height. It's definitely sufficient and a great improvement from regular pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't been waking up with stiff neck like I used to, but I was hoping for a little bit more height to the pillows though. Your head just sink right into the pillows and it loses alot of height in the process which means I end up using both pillows for myself to give some separation from the mattress. Other reviews is accurate in that it has a smell to it, I've had the pillows for over a week and still trying to get the smell out and get use to it. I'm hoping in due time that it will go away completely.

I was nervous to invest in these pillows because you can't return them. But I just went for it, because I am sick of waking up with neck pain! I've only had these a few days, and they're awesome! Seriously like sleeping on a cloud. I sleep on all sides and it's comfortable every way you sleep. Just get them if you're debating it. You won't regret it.

This pillow wasn't as contouring to my neckline as I was hoping it would be. While it is somehow both a soft and dense memory-foam type material, I didn't find it to be comfortable at all. I gave this pillow a try for about a week, and every morning I woke up with pain in my neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a gift for my mother-in-law. She slept over in our guest room to babysit her grandson while we went to a wedding. The next morning all she talked about was how amazing the pillows are. Don't we know it! When we bought a set for our guest room we upgraded our own pillows too. Same story with my parents. After a full night of sleeping here nobody can get over how amazingly comfortable these pillows are.

I received the pillows in a normal amount of time. That is the best thing I can say about my experience. I fell asleep with them and woke up looking for them. They disappeared between the tiny crack of my mattress and my headboard, TINY!!! They are terrible. I returned them in January and still have not received my refund. Plus, I was told they do not normally accept returns and that I am "lucky" they did this for me. Real lucky, now I have no pillows and no money.
