Bought these pillow thinking it would help with my neck and support it. But turns out it doesn't do much for me. I literally feel like i'm sleeping on the floor without a pillow, the initial lay was nice, then it started to sink in deeper and deeper till the point I feel I was sleeping without a pillow at all. To be honest, I put the pillow on the floor or use it as a foot rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being someone that sleeps on their stomach and usually with an arm under the pillow this pillow is much better than any I've tried. It provides great support and takes a lot of stress of my arm and neck. Also great for sitting up in bed because of how it retains it shape and firmness. Only negative is that if it is left in an awkward position it retains that shape too for sometime, which makes it harder to use.

I've had these pillows now for 4-6 months and being a stomach sleeper, it has taken this long for me to realize these are not good for stomach sleepers. My middle to upper back has started to hurt where it never has ever before. It suddenly dawned on me this past weekend that the pillow is too high. The pillow is very comfortable in every other sleeping position but it is not good for me on my stomach.

I was looking forward to them as we have a Tempur-pedic mattress and have purchased Tempur-pedic pillows before directly from mattress stores. Unfortunately, when the pillows arrived and I opened the box they smelled oddly. I thought it might just be a 'new' material smell so we tried airing them out for a couple of days. But when I tried using them it really bothered me. We tried for about a week and gave up as they had a strong smell that was either chemical or mildew/moldy. I will be throwing them out.

I never give five star reviews but, for this product I have to. The commercials you've seen are real. If you wake up with a crick in your neck it's time to switch to tempur-cloud. Best pillow ever. So much so I got one for my bed at my parents house and one for my boyfriends house. Was being too much of a hassle to bring back and forth. Got another for my mom and another for my boyfriend. They love it. Worth the price. There's a big difference in the comfort and support vs. normal pillows. Blissful sleep every night. Yes. Nothing to note about any cons to the product. I love the tempur pillows. I had one many years ago. I don't know why I didn't replace it immediately with another one. I guess because of the price, I would just by a less expensive pillow. None of those were comfortable. I have at least 10 pillows that I don't use because they are not comfortable. Finally bought 3 more tempur pillows and they are great. I'm sorry I wasted so much money on lesser pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows are incredibly soft and comfortable. As a stomach sleeper this pillows work wonders as they are definitely not too thick. My only gripe is that I usually have to get another pillow when trying to watch television in bed as my head sinks too much.

I forgot what a decent night's sleep was like until I got my Tempur-Pedic pillow. And my 17 year old son feels the same way! I sleep on both my sides and my back. And I don't get a crick in my neck anymore, yay!

The first night I slept with this pillow I slept the whole night without waking once. I had no idea my pillow was the problem, but this pillow made all the difference. I bought it in a whim and am so grateful I did. If you have trouble sleeping through the night it is absolutely worth trying.
