I bought this product on a whim and with no expectations. Not only is it the perfect height and mix between firm/soft, but it has genuinely fixed my sleeping habits. I sleep soundly through the night as opposed to waking up every hour. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, you have to wait until your head "sinks-in" before the pillow is comfortable. (And it might require adjustment with another wait!) This is a natural behavior for the type of foam from which they are constructed.

It is literally a life changing pillow. I know, I know, "but it's a pillow." No. This is THE pillow. In the last year, I have gotten some of the best sleep of my life. As a person who suffers from diagnosed sleep apnea, having the most comfortable surroundings when it is actually time to sleep is pertinent to get a full, quality nights rest. With the TEMPUR-Cloud, I have no doubts I am improving my overall conditions for the best sleep ever. I have endorsed these pillows to numerous people. I like that it remains cool throughout my sleep and the height level of it. I definitely recommend it for improvements In sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Tempurpedic products and this is no exception. Really comfortable pillow with just the right amount of support. A lot of memory foam pillows are too form for me but this pillow is supportive while remaining soft and cushy.

I ordered 2 of these pillows. With owning cloud products figured it would be great, came on looking for the cloud soft and conforming but has been removed from the line so went with this one. If you aren't a back sleep only that never touches with your hands or arms while you sleep then then you wont like it, if your a back sleeper only that never moves then it's for you. @tempur-pedic very unsatisfied, you guys need to bring the cloud soft and conforming back!

What a noticeable improvement in my sleep with this pillow! I sleep in one position deeply for hours and wake up without my usual fatigue. And no plumping or punching the pillow required, it's just the same every night. I'd like it to be about 1" higher, but that seems easily fixed with a folded towel underneath. It did have a very strong unpleasant smell when I first unpacked it, and I let it air out for a week, and now the smell is undetectable. It's definitely the best pillow I've ever owned, and with a 5-year warranty I expect it will be one of the most cost-effective.
