I bought this pillow in December '22 and still have it as my favorite pillow I use. I bought a second one in June '23 and the new pillow has zero support and hardly holds my head up. I'm not sure how they changed so quickly, but for how expensive these are I am bummed. The new one fully flattens at the slightest bit of pressure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought this pillows, In the initial days it is not comfortable because of the height of the Pillow. But once you get to use it the pillow is very much comfort and it doesn't compresses the pillow too much. Quality is good.

We also bought at the same time the Essential Support Pillow and we do not like this pillow either. Both pillows are like rectangle slabs and not comfortable at all. We were trying to replace an older Tempur-pedic pillow that was much more flexible and behaved somewhat like a feather pillow in how it would adjust to your neck and head. Apparently Tempur-pedic doesn't sell this model anymore.

He was skeptical at first about how much I paid for these pillows, but they are AMAZING. I have spent close to $250 on pillows this year alone. I have trouble finding a good quality pillow that won't hurt my neck and leave me with migraines in the morning. This pillow is definitely the exception! I have been able to sleep better than I have in a long time because of this pillow. I love how much this pillow has changed my sleep. Even my boyfriend says it's changed his quality of sleep as well and he enjoys this pillow. If you're on the fence about it, just buy them and fall in love with them the way I have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have trouble sleeping due to ptsd, while in Alaska I had a tempur-pedic mattress and by far outside of my home had been my greatest investment. I decided to purchase the Tempur-cloud pillow to help me get some more sleep and the first night it arrived I got a good 6 hours of sleep, straight sleep. When I lay my head on the pillow it just eases my neck and put any strain on my body. It's cloud like. To be honest there isn't anything I don't like about the pillow. Since my first purchase from tempur-pedic (a mattress) to others like the sit-up right pillow for binge watching all of their products are worth the money. Quality is at the fore-front of this company. I will always be a fan of this company and this pillow further proves this company knows how to make a great product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I purchased these pillows I was waking up daily with neck pain. I would often experience headaches that I attributed to the way I slept. I'm a side and stomach sleeper. It's very hard to find a pillow that will allow you to transition from your side to your stomach without waking up and removing the pillow all together. I'm also hypersensitive to lumps in pillows and basically anything being "off" with my pillow. This memory foam is like my head resting on a supportive cloud. I have been on the hunt for my perfect pillow and I'm happy to say I've found it! I will be honest in saying, this is the most I've paid for a single pillow but I consider it an investment in my health.

Since purchasing two of these pillows my neck and back pain are a thing of the past and I've been getting a solid, refreshing night sleep every night. I even take them when I travel. I refuse to sleep without them and I will never purchase a pillow from another company.
