I was pleasantly surprised by how truly relaxing and comfortable this is. It conforms to my head and shoulders so well. I haven't had a better pillow, ever! I would definitely recommend this pillow for someone who wants both support and slack to their head, neck, and shoulders. If I had more beds, I would buy more of these pillows, without a doubt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of pillows has been great for me. I've had them for about 9 months, and I've slept really well since. They're soft, but not like the cheap ones in a department store that will become a mat after a couple months, but they're supportive, too. I'd tried a firmer set of Temper-pedic pillows, which I liked for short periods of time, but the Cloud pillow is much better. It's supportive while I'm awake and reading, but soft enough that I sleep well through the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this pillow mostly for side sleeping. It has gotten rid of my neck pain, because it conforms to my head and neck. It smells a little weird at first, but once it is aired out it is fine. I would recommend this pillow to others.

I have tried many different pillows over the years (including My Pillow which are very uncomfortable). From the first night of using them, my persistent neck pain upon waking seems to be gone! I plan to purchase more pillows as holiday gifts for friends and family. These are a remarkable product!

damages fast!!!!!! do not accept returns even if the motif is damaged!!!!!!!! you can feel and see the lumps of filling. The filling doesn't even come to the corners of the pillow. And talk about warm. Put it against your face, and you can easily feel warmth, stuffy, smothering feeling.

As such, it doesn't have the latest cooling technology, etc. But, I still have no desire to sleep on any other mattress. I look forward to upgrading. But, it makes it hard to stay at a hotel, etc bc I just want my bed back! It's super comfortable. What's big is I don't feel my husband rolling around at night as much as I would have. I have had great nights of sleep without any tossing or turning sleeping lengthwise and diagonally. Some mornings I would wake up with some neck pain that would travel to my shoulders but since I have been using this pillow I have felt great every morning! This pillow stays nice and cool so no need to flip it over in the middle of the night for comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had taken a fall down a steep set of stairs, injuring my neck and shoulders. About a year later there was still a lot of residual pain. I had trouble finding a pain-free position in bed. This motivated my decision to make the purchase and it was a good choice; the pain disappeared within several days. I purchased one cloud pillow and one stomach sleeper pillow because I wasn't sure I wanted to risk purchasing two of your newest pillow design. I now know I would have been just as happy with two cloud pillows. I do have one complaint about the cloud pillow: It moves and gets bunched up inside the pillow case. This means removing the case, fluffing the pillow so it returns to its original shape, and replacing the case daily. It's a bit annoying, but the trade-off in comfort is well worth it. I have found that a slightly narrow pillow case helps to keep the pillow under control.
