They're firm, but soft at the same time. I know they're a little more pricey than most pillows, but they are so worth it. Best purchase for pillows I've made by far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is comfortable and conforms to your head as the memory foam fills in the gaps. My only complaint is not having a king size to look normal when making the bed and for sleeping to have a larger pillow would be nice.

These pillows make my life so much easier! They form to my head when lying down on them and make for a great nights sleep with no pain in the morning!

We are back and side sleepers and they work great for both. We have never slept soooooo good! Thank you Tempur -pedic for our mattress and pillows. Will never buy anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, It is an alright product. I feel neck pain sometimes when using it. Not really recommend if you have neck pain issue. Tempur-neck pillow should be a better option for you. I do not really the good quality of this. After 1 year using, there are a lot of wear and tear.

I've been using this pillow for probably close to a year now and it's amazing. It's a great height and provides good support. I sleep on my back, side, and stomach throughout the night and it's comfortable in all positions. My old "traditional" pillows frequently caused inner ear pain in the middle of the night and that has not been an issue since I started using these. Highly recommend, it's definitely worth the price!

This pillow is almost perfect. The moment I set my head down, it's extremely comfortable and easy to fall asleep. As it warms up though, it loses a notable amount of support. I sleep notably better than with a conventional pillow, but I really wish they sold one 10-20% larger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a cloud pillow years ago that was perfect. I was hoping to replace it but it seems they have made the pillow softer. Sad that I can't replace my old Cloud pillow! If you like a softer pillow, this is a great buy.

Change the pillowcase every week and back in! You look at it at first and say how is something so small going to be comfortable and not have my head fall off but you really do sleep well and not toss and turn. I have all Tempur-Pedic pillows on my bed. Won't sleep on anything else.

It is literally a life changing pillow. I know, I know, "but it's a pillow." No. This is THE pillow. In the last year, I have gotten some of the best sleep of my life. As a person who suffers from diagnosed sleep apnea, having the most comfortable surroundings when it is actually time to sleep is pertinent to get a full, quality nights rest. With the TEMPUR-Cloud, I have no doubts I am improving my overall conditions for the best sleep ever. I have endorsed these pillows to numerous people. I have taken part in educational conversations over pillows and always brag that my pillow is more comfortable than theirs. I win every time. I will be a TEMPUR Pillow user for life.
