[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used tempurpedic pillows. My boyfriend has never had a good pillow. So I purchased 2 different ones for him. He tried each for over a week and hated them. Sad that I can't return them, but I will use them someday.

No more tossing and turning to try to find a comfortable position the Tempur-Cloud provides excellent support and keeps you locked in place all night long. I wake up feeling fully rested and I look forward to using this pillow every night. This pillow is best for back and side sleepers since it is a fairly tall pillow

Which is what my previous pillow was doing so it caused me more neckpain :( its too much to ship back so I am really sad and disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-cloud pillow was a nice included addition to the Supreme Topper that we ordered. The pillow is firm and provides good support but neither my wife nor I tend to use it over our other pillows. I think it may be a bit stiffer that our stiff pillows so we tend to use it to support other pillows when we are sitting up in bed. Everyone has different sleeping needs so I can't say where one should use this pillow, but for us, we certainly would not look to add another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I would be writing a review about a pillow, but here I am. I bought these initially when I purchased my bed, and ever since I've been giving them as gifts to my friends and family. They are perfect: supportive, but soft. Just the right balance. I sleep sooooo well now at night. I don't know how I ever managed without these pillows.

This pillow turned out to be a little different than I expected. The name of the pillow would suggest that this is a fluffy, comfortable pillow. The box also suggests that it is good for all sleep positions. What my experience has been after we'll over a month of having this pillow is that it is super firm, and maybe a bit too high in elevation. I'm a side sleeper and sleeping on my side with this pillow is not comfortable. If I sleep on my back I find this pillow to be much more comfortable and would say it is much better suited for that position. I believe the quality of the material in this pillow is very high, however the performance of it was different than I expected. I'm not sure where the proper balance would be to have good quality foam and softness, but this pillow is very springy and constantly wants to return to its original form. So to recap, if you are a backsleeper and like a pillow that's extremely firm, this will work well for you.

I purchased a Mattress many years ago and Love it. But I'm Disappointed with the Pillows! Not as giving or soft as the description. And made my neck sore using them for just a couple nights. Now I'm using my old pillow again! I would return them but you don't allow returns on pillows. I think that should still be allowable to have a happy customer experience no matter what. I know with some other Mattress Company's which I can't name per your request they guarantee satisfaction or your money back and instead of costly shipping returns they donate to a local charity of the purchaser location. I wish I could have left a better review, but just not what I thought they would be like! So anyone else reading this I recommend trying them at a store before purchasing on line. Wish I Had realized , but I went by reviews and description.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Cloud pillow has eliminated the neck pain I used to get from sleeping with a regular pillow. I make sure to pack it when I go on a trip. I got them for my son and his girlfriend and they can't sleep without them. I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sleep on my side and this pillow is the perfect height. It is a lot firmer than I was expecting but it still has a lot of give on the pressure points. I got two during the BOGO event and will probably get two more for our king size bed.
