[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I and my girlfriend love the product. We both work in office sitting for at least 8 hours a day. Tiring neck and back always get better with this pillow. The best part is that it feels like wrapping my shoulder when I sleep and it keeps the best position. I wanted the pillow to be a bit lower, but this might be just that I only have used this pillow for less than a month.

I ordered this pillow with the expectation that it'll be "extra soft" like the description stated, but was greeted with a pillow that feels extra firm and is very uncomfortable to lay on. It honestly gives me a headache while laying on it, and it runs warm after laying on it which disappointed me alot, especially for the price.

Removing the pillow covers was the best decision I made when it came to these pillows. In my opinion the cover made the pillows too stiff and I prefer a very soft pillow. I honestly didn't care for the fabric of the covers either... they have a rough cotton feel and it's very drying for your hair and skin as you sleep. Had a hard time getting a good nights rest prior to removing the covers, but now I feel great and the pillow feels just as described!

bought a BOGO offer. One of the pillows is a normal tempurpedic pillow, as everyone understands. The second pillow is not up to par. I tried their worthless customer service and forwarded it right away to the warranty department, who will nearly always give you an excuse saying they are unable to provide a warranty. There is no explanation included. My only option after a month of back and forth was to file a dispute with the credit card company. Skip the BOGO purchase.

I was looking for the tempur-pedic cloud pillow that had a gel layer and the description on Walmart's site said that it had the gel layer but it does not. I believe that the description was not updated when the type of pillow was apparently changed. However I really am liking this pillow. I am a stomach sleeper and the lower profile is nice and it cradles the head perfectly when on your back. The price is great compared to the pillow I was looking for that cost twice as much at another store.

( a BoGo offer after purchase of our mattress!) if you have any neck or shoulder tension these are the cure .. so conforming to the neck and head and perfect accompaniment to our new mattress! My husband likes to bunch up a pillow so know that these will not do that .. so we have one tempurpedic and one regular pillow each on our bed .

I am so happy with my two cloud pillows because they form to my body perfectly while maintaining support and cushion no matter what position I'm in. They help me sleep better because I don't have to constantly refluff my pillows throughout the night and as I move around. Whatever position I'm in, they work with it. I finally get a better nights sleep than before. The only problem is the price as I bet many people who wish they could enjoy a better nights sleep, and deserve it, might not make the financial leap to enjoy it. I just need a mattress now to really know what it's like to get restful sleep all the time. I'll keep adding to my piggy bank ;-) Overall, fantastic product. I am very familiar with the tempurpedic line, so with that being said, I put my trust in the brand and took a chance on buying a pillow that I had never touched. I'm pleased to tell you that those sleepless nights in Bama have ended. Those terrible crooks in my neck have ceased. I have been healed by a pillow made by Tempurpedic and I couldn't be more thrilled Thanks so much for helping me find my old friend sleep

I really wanted a memory foam mattress but was worried about getting even more hot during the evening and whether it was worth the investment. I visited a showroom in a Mathis Mattress location and tried every one of the Temperedic models on the floor. I was happy with my model and the stay cool technology. Within a week of the mattress getting delivered I was sleeping like I never had before. They mattress stays cool during the evening and had just the right amount of support and cushion. I am happy I made this investment.
