Only downside is if I'm too close to the edge of the pillow because of how soft it is the pillow collapses and causes whatever part of my head that is on the edge of it to touch the mattres or slide off the pillow.

They are comfortable, form to your head and do not feel "dull." The only problem I have is I am short, so the pillow feels like it sits high for my neck. It gets more comfortable after my head flattens it a bit after forming but at first my neck feels on an angle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned Tempur-Pedic products since 1996. These include both mattresses and pillows. This pillow is by far the most comfortable, yet versatile one yet and I have tried most all of them from Tempur-Pedic as well as other brands. At 5 feet 8 inches tall and a little over 150 lbs, I am pretty small and the pillow fits me perfectly. If you are a more broad shouldered person, I would recommend the Contour side to side for you. It is a taller pillow and would be great for someone who is a side sleeper with broader shoulders. However, I would recommend trying the tempur-cloud pillow first . The beautiful thing about the tempur-cloud pillow is the fact that it very quickly conforms to your sleeping position. It along with the Cloud Supreme mattress represents a well paired duo for a great night sleep. The shape of the cloud pillow is that of a traditional one, so it looks really good on your bed. Based on having the best sleep I've had on any pillow, I strongly recommend the tempur-cloud pillow.

I purchased this pillow based on all the raving reviews but I am starting to think these must be fake reviews as this pillow flattens as you sleep on it. I wake up feeling like my head is on a rock and with a stiff neck, there is no neck support whatsoever. Unfortunately these CANNOT be returned or exchanged so the 2 for $99 deal is not such a deal after all. Lesson learned I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impressions are that this is definitely a quality pillow. I like it better than some of the memory foam pillows I have used in the past. Many of them have been too far on the stiff/firm side or otherwise compressed down, loosing their support over time. It feels like this one is going to hold up longer. The quilted cover is nice but I don't like the fabric it's made with. For the higher price point I was expecting to be a little more impressed, but overall I think it's a quality pillow that works for what I need.

It offers good support and is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend. Next purchase will be a mattress when it is time for a new one.

I wasn't sleeping. I was having neck and back pain and knew it was all from not having the right pillow. After ordering the wrong pillows I called customer serv. Where I found Paula, I now love Paula. She was so helpful, patient and she actually cared. She helped me find the right pillow and shippped me out 2 new ones. I received it in 3 days and I'm sleeping again, like a baby! My neck and back issues, better! Tempur-Pedic has great products with exceptional quality. Price is high BUT worth it. Their customer service is fantastic in a world where c.s. usually lacks. I will continue to buy their products for life!
