[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought memory foam pillows before, but almost all the pillow's integrity broke down within a month. These pillows have been with me for about 6 months and they still feel brand new. I fall asleep really easily with them. There is no need to get comfortable and readjust. You can keep buying $20-30 pillows and replace them every couple months, or buy one of these and keep it for years.

They are not too hard, not too squishy, not too plump or thin, just the right size and firmness for us. First two - three days there was a slight smell from them, but it aired out pretty quickly. It's been several months of everyday use, and both pillows look and feel like new.

I love Tempur-pedic, but I am so disappointed in my most recent order of pillows. I checked the tag on a pillow that we purchased from a Tempur-pedic retailer and it said "Tempur-cloud," so that is what I ordered, but the ones that arrived are too soft. There must be other versions of "Cloud" not offered online or something. The new ones go flat and don't offer the all night support that I love about the original. My advice is to check out the pillow at an authorized retailer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up with an occasional stuff neck with me last pillows. I have even tried other memory foam pillows. These are great and super comfortable. They don't have that smell that memory foam has either. Definitely worth it.

I really wanted to like this. It's wonderfully soft. The squared edges make it a little awkward to find a comfortable place to lay my head...My head usually ends up on the very bottom or corner on this fairly large pillow. But most disappointing is that the cover on this pillow is HOT. It triggers several hot flashes a night for me and I feel sweaty. I have several pillows that I swap around every so often but this one I kick to the curb before the night is done and get one of my other pillows.

The Tempur-Cloud pillow is very soft and supportive while maintaining its shape after each use. It works well with the Tempur-Topper Supreme mattress topper! We also own the Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling Pillow (thick, weighty, lofty, and firm with much support and cooling gel on either side), Tempur-Embrace Pillow (breathable, soft, light, and slightly firm/weighty in the center with flexibility throughout, especially on the outer pieces), and Tempur-Essential Support Pillow (thinner, soft, supportive, and standard sized) and love each of them as they offer unique benefits depending on one's sleeping needs. My wife has suffered from non-surgical neck and head pains at times and has found these pillows to have helped since purchasing in July (2017). I, too, have suffered from neck pain due to lack of support from other pillow brands; the pain in my neck has decreased almost completely since purchasing these pillows. We love to travel with them, too! Other reviewers have mentioned a smell after receiving their pillows. In our experience, we noticed a slight smell with each that subsided within the first week. To conclude, we highly recommend the Tempur-Cloud Pillow. We also highly recommend the other products mentioned above. We are newer Tempur-Pedic customers and hope very much to make Tempur-Pedic our go-to place for all sleeping needs in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed my TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow. The pillow is plush but supportive and allows me to sleep soundly through the night without any neck pain. I tend to sleep on my back so a pillow that conforms to my neck is very important. My only complaint is the height of the pillow; it is a bit short for my taste. I prefer a wider pillow that keeps my head slightly more elevated to prevent trouble with sinuses. This is a good pillow but not my favorite shape and style.

I bought these to replace 2 15 year old Tempur-Pedic pillow and bought 2 as a gift for my mother. These are for children. They squish down to the size of a folded towel and are much smaller than traditional pillow. A far inferior product to what I was trying to replace. Why bother selling this?
