We had tried many, many pillows prior to getting this one. After the first night, she said that her neck didn't hurt and she didn't wake up with a headache. As we replace pillows for other family members, we will be buying more!

They provide good neck support and alignment for both back and side sleeping and cradle your head. They don't run hot at all, like many other foam pillows. They made an instant difference in the quality of sleep we experienced. I would recommend these for folks who tend to like low to medium height pillows and sleep on their back or side.

Does not work well for side sleepers of any size! My husband is taller and I'm more petite. We both bought brand new cloud pillows from the website and they are way too soft. It's like sleeping without a pillow. I wake up every morning with a stiff neck. Tempurpedic offers no returns or exchanges on their expensive pillows. If you don't live by a store, there is no way to try the pillows out until you actually receive them at your door. Maybe ours were defective. Either way, I don't recommend wasting your money on these flimsy pillows.

My first TempurPedic pillow and there's no going back. I usually suffer neck pains and had to visit a chiropractor weekly; this is perfect for me. I love to sleep on my stomach, and then I usually change positions through the night to back position and sometimes side. Soft and yet a bit firm, my head sinks easily and my neck is comfortably supported. When on my side, my head sinks in and my neck feels slightly unaligned and I'm average build, but I bought this knowing I sleep mostly on my stomach and back so I don't mind. Thank you!

Most pillows are either too hard or too soft, I always woke up with neck and back aches. We recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and decided to purchase new pillows also. I wish I had done this sooner! I am in my 50's and have never had such a good nights sleep! I know the mattress helped but I had to wait till my pillows were delivered to be sure how much a pillow also helps with comfort! This pillow is Great no matter what position you may sleep in! Thank You So Much Tempur-Pedic for creating a pillow as Awsome as your mattresses are!

The Tempur-Cloud pillow is very soft and supportive while maintaining its shape after each use. It works well with the Tempur-Topper Supreme mattress topper! We also own the Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling Pillow (thick, weighty, lofty, and firm with much support and cooling gel on either side), Tempur-Embrace Pillow (breathable, soft, light, and slightly firm/weighty in the center with flexibility throughout, especially on the outer pieces), and Tempur-Essential Support Pillow (thinner, soft, supportive, and standard sized) and love each of them as they offer unique benefits depending on one's sleeping needs. My wife has suffered from non-surgical neck and head pains at times and has found these pillows to have helped since purchasing in July (2017). I, too, have suffered from neck pain due to lack of support from other pillow brands; the pain in my neck has decreased almost completely since purchasing these pillows. We love to travel with them, too! Other reviewers have mentioned a smell after receiving their pillows. In our experience, we noticed a slight smell with each that subsided within the first week. To conclude, we highly recommend the Tempur-Cloud Pillow. We also highly recommend the other products mentioned above. We are newer Tempur-Pedic customers and hope very much to make Tempur-Pedic our go-to place for all sleeping needs in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought this pillows, In the initial days it is not comfortable because of the height of the Pillow. But once you get to use it the pillow is very much comfort and it doesn't compresses the pillow too much. Quality is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had issues finding a pillow suited for me. I like a combination of soft yet firm which is hard to find. This pillow I purchased is a perfect combo of both. I sleep so much better and my back hurts less. Now I just need a mattress!
