Can place my hand under the pillow and scratch my head they're so thin! Also, they would not take back an unopened pillow still in their packaging and box! Worst purchase ever! I will never buy another thing from tempurpedic again in my life!

Rarely do I toss and turn anymore, so sleep is much more fulfilling. Also at this point there doesn't seem to be any shape loss, unlike my last pillow that I actually paid more for. Will likely keep buying these in the future!

I've destroyed my body over the years and swore if I woke up one morning and nothing hurt it must be because I died in my sleep. This pillow and mattress combo has virtually erased morning joint and back pain. I would by this product 100 times.

Tempur-neck pillow should be a better option for you. I do not really the good quality of this. After 1 year using, there are a lot of wear and tear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very comfortable, yet supportive pillow. I previously had one of the shaped foam pillows (different brand), but it was too rigid. This pillow is the perfect balance of cushion and neck support.

I'm a convert. My old pillows seemed fine, just old and had lost their loft, so I was in the market for new pillows. I also wanted to try out the mattress topper, and luckily for me, it came with a free pillow - I don't know if I would have spent the money otherwise. I can say now that it's worth the money. It has a good medium firmness, so that it's soft but supportive. And while some pillows can be too large for my neck - they practically lift up my entire torso - this pillow is a comfortable size. I'm a back and side sleeper, so this pillow may not work as well for front sleepers or for people who prefer larger/higher pillows.

I finally changed my mattress and purchased a tempur-cloud pillow and somehow I'm getting better sleep than I have in years. Now if someone would just train my kids to sleep past 6am....

I haven't slept so good in years. The Tempurpedic pillows are the perfect pillow to use with my Tempurpedic mattress. Thank you Tempurpedic for not sacrificing quality and comfort.

Even if I am not being distracted by my thoughts and devices, I still take a good hour or so to fall asleep, and that's on a good night. I bought a few of these for my kids and tried one out for myself for a nap one day. I fell asleep almost instantly. I didn't wake up with any aches or pains, and my nap was so refreshing. If you like pillows that form to the contours of your neck and shoulders, this is the pillow for you. I love being able to sleep and always wake up feeling completely rested, and I know it is because of this pillow. I only wish I had gotten one sooner!
