A lot of pillows are too hard and then irritate that ridge in my ears that sticks out a bit. This one is perfect and can be used in a lot of ways (sitting up, under head, between knees, behind back). I was in a car accident a couple of years back and since then I always had terrible neck pain which resulted from the whiplash. Before making the decision of buying this pillow, I had a generic target pillow. Since using this pillow for a couple of months already, the neck pain has vanished and I no longer wake up with a stiff neck. I would recommend to friends and family and they also make a great present for all occasions because who doesn't enjoy a good night sleep?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm petite and the pillow is a little too high for me. It has a nice soft feel and does collapse down a bit. I use it when I'm sick and laying on the couch and want to sit up higher. But on the bed it is too high.

We loved our mattress, but for me it was kore on the firmer side even though my spouse liked it. After the mattress topper it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud but without the back pain soft mattresses usually give you!

I find that people are always wanting to steal these pillows when we have guests or when we take them out camping. Will definitely be buying more !

I was concerned it would get too hot, based on other reviews, but the temperature stays stable. It is very comfortable. I like that the cover removes and is easily tossed in the washing machine. It is a worthwhile buy when they are having a promotion.
