[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really didn't have any expectations, this was free with the purchase of a mattress topper. I was quite pleasantly surprised when it turns out I love this thing! Don't have to plump it up or turn it over at night! I'm quite happy.

I got a new Tempur-Pedic mattress, and wanted a new pillow also. This one was my favorite, and I love the option to unzip the cover to wash! I also bought a ProAdapt medium, also excellent. I had to retire my 19 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress and I knew a Tempur-Pedic was the only mattress I could ever be interested in!

They are the worse sheet I ever bought from you. Used them one time they were so hot sleeping not cooling sheets as stated on your website. I have been looking to buy the cooling beds but with your guarantee I was told by your customer service team says doesn't apply.

The people are the most kind and helpful. I made a mistake with part of an order. To my pleasant surprise they corrected it for me and made my life so much easier. Life has not been easy for this old lady and the help and kindness of your people have so improved my life. I can't thank you enough. Anyone I meet looking to buy a new bed I recommend your beds to them for the rest of my life.

Best investment purchase we have made. I also purchased one for my husband and his pain in his neck has gone away. Your health is the most importance and spending the extra money for comfort in your sleep is the way to go. Don't miss out on this glorious pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had a fusion of 3 cervical vertebrae, as well as living with extensive arthritis, I'm very particular about my pillows. I actually have a closet full of other pillows that were purchased, but didn't feel comfortable. The Cloud pillow is soft enough so it doesn't cause discomfort, but provides great support for my neck. I sleep on both my side and my back, and the pillow is comfortable either way. I'm on my second Cloud pillow, as the first one began to lose it's "oomph" after several years of use. When it came time to purchase another pillow, there was no question that it would be another Cloud.

I have purchased every pillow other retailers carry with no luck. Either they are good for a short period of time or they give me neck pain right away. I tried these on a whim. Although they cost more than other retailers they are WORTH IT! No neck pain. My husband and I both love them. This suites me and I sleep mainly on my sides but also on my stomach and back. My husband is primarily a side sleeper. Get some.

I wanted a pillow to help me sleep on my back instead of my side. My dermatologist told me side sleeping was causing deep wrinkles and we can't have that! These pillows are perfect! I feel comfortable doing both but sleeping on my back is now possible. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this pillow a lot. It is a bit more thin than I was expecting so it's not perfect for side sleepers but it still has eased my neck pain. I would recommend this to somebody with neck pain but if you're a side sleeper you should get something a bit bigger.
