[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Tempur cooling topper. It does stay fairly cool during the night. The only issue is that the topper's top layer is so silky that the sheets slide around on it, causing them to bunch up in spots. When this happens, the cooling properties of the topper are diminished. The pillows are very comfortable, especially when sleeping on my back. All in all, I"m happy with my purchases from Tempur-Pedic, and look forward to climbing into bed each night!

I gave it a few months to really give it a try and after 2 months I gave up and started using my old pillow. The tempur pillow was just too high up and made sleeping very uncomfortable. It's unfortunate I can't return these so I'm just stuck with them. Be aware of what pillow you purchase, price point does NOT equal good quality or comfort, must try pillows yourself first b4 making the purchase

I got these pillows like in 2019, I have not wanted to sleep on anything else besides these since then! I've tried others and they are not comfortable for me, they hurt my neck are too soft or too hard. Even though this is the soft version, it's still very supportive. The price is very high! however I've always liked to treat myself good. excited to try my new symphony pillows coming in soon

The pillow is so soft and forms around you which ever way you sleep, laying on my side has never been better cause of it. I'm thinking about getting more tempur products. My best buy of the year.

The weight of unpacking the two boxed TEMPUR-Cloud Pillows caused me to HATE the pillows and even called and tried to turn them. Alas, there is NO RETURN on PILLOWS, so I dressed one with my lovely pillowcases and decided to give them a test drive! Well, this is the BEST PILLOW! It is not too soft, not too hard, simply PERFECT! Trust me, it is a PERFECT investment and worth every dollar spent!
