Based on the reviews I was excited to try these pillows. Can't describe how disappointed I was when they arrived. They were much smaller than expected, but I decided to give them a try anyway. First night of sleep confirmed my fears. Flattened to almost nothing. No support and completely useless. At least they have a great "No Return Policy". What a waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Tempurpedic Cloud pillows and have never had better sleep. The pillow is soft as a cloud but at the same time gives great head and neck support. We have not regretted our purchase for a second.

I have chronic neck pain,& have owned a mattress from tempur pedic so was hoping the pillows would bring the same comfort. In the beginning it was good, but within less then 4 months I was hurting like all the other pillows I've tried. More money down the drain....

I never thought a pillow could make such a difference but the Tempur-Cloud pillow really did. I have noticed a substantial improvement and decrease in neck pain ever since I have used this pillow. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Cloud is a great pillow for those wanting a comfortable sleep and get away from those old/over priced cotton stuffed pillows. My brother was in a bad motorcycle accident and when his birthday came around he really wanted one tempur pillow to help him sleep more comfortably and cushion some of his sore limbs, and tempur had a great deal on the tempur-cloud, so I got him 2 great pillows and I didn't break my budget. It even helped me make a good meme birthday card and I'm actually gonna get myself a pair of these pillows if the deal is still available.

It did have a little bit of a scent from being packaged but we set our pillows out and it dissipated in about two days.
