[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cloud pillow has improved my quality of sleep, the only thing that disappointed me was I've never purchased pillows from tempur pedic so I was unsure of the correct sizing. Even with a pillow that's just a little too thick it still turned out to be a great purchase.

The part of the pillow where you let your head will flat out and will end up feeling like a rock. If I could I will return it but I have use them. I'm not recommending this pillow but I'm willing to try another model

We previously had a tempur-pedic mattress for 10 years that we loved but we were talked into the sleep number. We should have given it back but didn't and struggled to sleep. We just thought we would adjust and we couldn't justify buying another expensive mattress so soon. Finally decided to try the bed topper. Best decision! Have been sleeping on it now for the past few weeks and love it! Finally feel well rested and my body doesn't hurt.

The first night I had my new tempurpedic I not only slept through the whole night but felt incredibly well rested. A little bit of an adjustment from not having to constantly squish my pillows and rearrange, so now when I roll over I just ease back in to sleep!

I have tried many different pillows over the years (including My Pillow which are very uncomfortable). From the first night of using them, my persistent neck pain upon waking seems to be gone! I plan to purchase more pillows as holiday gifts for friends and family. These are a remarkable product!

Love my pillow I got it free with my mattress topper! Very comfortable some people were saying how the pillow had chemical smell, it did have a mild smell but it went away in a few hours after I took it out of the packaging! And I just love how soft it is

I never give five star reviews but, for this product I have to. The commercials you've seen are real. If you wake up with a crick in your neck it's time to switch to tempur-cloud. Best pillow ever. So much so I got one for my bed at my parents house and one for my boyfriends house. Was being too much of a hassle to bring back and forth. Got another for my mom and another for my boyfriend. They love it. Worth the price. There's a big difference in the comfort and support vs. normal pillows. Blissful sleep every night. Yes. Nothing to note about any cons to the product. I've have owned two of these pillows for last 6 years and loved them. It was time to replace them and I didn't think twice about buying another set. What an expensive mistake! The foam is remarkably different! The pillows go completely flat in the middle on the night. My 6 year old ones do not do that! The new ones are much lighter and less dense. I hate them and I wish that I had known that the foam had changed before purchasing them. I will be throwing these away and moving on to another brand.

After reading the reviews, I was excited to receive my pillows. I didn't expect the pillows to be smaller than the standard size pillow. This is the first pillow I've owned that is to small for my pillowcases, but that's not the real issue. I noticed after a couple of days, my pillow goes flat and I'm constantly trying to fluff it up at night. Since I'd purchased the TEMPUR-adapt pro from a local vendor just a couple of weeks before (it was too thick and hurt my neck), I knew I couldn't return the pillows. So now I'm stuck with 2 sets of pillows, one is too flat and the other is too thick. I feel like Goldie Locks... I need the just right pillow.
