[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these after I woke up one morning and I could not turn my head. I spent the day in paid worrying about worsening it on the off chance I turned my head even half an inch. I did a TON of research on pillows and the reviews for this could not have been more convincing. One day sleeping on this pillow and my neck stopped hurting. I was literally sinking into my old pillows, at least now I can safely sleep knowing no matter how I turn over I won't wake up suffering.

First, before buying a pillow know that you cannot return it. I purchased this Termpurpedic pillow after reading the great reviews and was so excited to receive it as I've never owned a Tempurpedic pillow before. This pillow, which is advertised as soft, was so firm! After the first night I thought that I needed to "break it in" and give it a change but after having a few nights of restless sleep, I no longer use the Termpurpedic pillow and reverted back to my old pillow. I thought I could return the pillow after the first night but unfortunately they don't take returns on pillows. I should have done my homework before purchasing and looked at their return policy but since Termpurpedic is such a reputable company, I NEVER thought they wouldn't return it. Lesson learned: don't buy an expensive pillow online unless you've tried it out in person.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow only takes a couple nights to break in, then I've had some of the deepest sleep I've experienced in years. The soft foam cradles your head and pushes on the part of the brain that creates wild dreams, a sign you're in deep sleep. I'll buy another one when it's time to replace this one.

What I love about it, is it retains its shape and provides constant support to my neck and upper back area. Before this pillow, I was waking up with constant neck pain and shoulder pain. Luckily, this is not the case anymore and I would buy this pillow again in a heartbeat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this pillow mostly for side sleeping. It has gotten rid of my neck pain, because it conforms to my head and neck. It smells a little weird at first, but once it is aired out it is fine. I would recommend this pillow to others.

I'd had shredded memory foam pillows before, and they just seem to get lumpy and end up lacking in support. That's why I wanted to try this one, which is not shredded memory foam. It's wonderful. As I lay on the pillow it molds to my head, cradling it comfortably. I feel like it gives way more support than other pillows I've tried in the past. I'm a side sleeper, and I would recommend this to anyone that's a side sleeper that wants support. Note: I tend to sleep with my arm under the pillow so the pillow is sandwiched between my head and arm. This pillow works great for that since it also molds to my arm underneath.

I needed a pillow that would alleviate the pain I was experiencing with my neck and the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow was the perfect solution. It's not too firm or squishy and the weight of it would make you win in a pillow fight over a standard pillow.

Not anymore. Wake up feeling refreshed. The pillow is heavenly! Also, the mattress is not hot, the cooling effects work great!
