My partner and I were waking up with neck pain and decided to give these pillows a try. They really are fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are so comfortable! They gently conform to my head and give just the right amount of support, not too soft or hard. I've had pillows that bulge over my face and interrupt my breathing, but not these! I usually sleep on my side and have had pillows that sound crackly inside which interferes with going to sleep, but not these! These pillows are the best I've ever had. They are wonderful, soft and supportive at the same time!

My mom has the same exact pillow but maybe 2 years old and I had the best sleep on it - so supportive and comfortable! But the one I have gets so flat as soon as you lay your head on it, it's terrible! I can't use it on its own, I have to put it on top of another pillow... super disappointed overall because the reviews seemed great. I doubt it's "bad batch," maybe they just changed it? I don't know but for sure couldn't recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my old Cloud pillow so I thought I'd buy again. It is very comfortable at first but it goes flat as I move around and toss and turn. So I have to flip it over and readjust it more often. Do not think I'd buy again.

I just lay my head on it and don't need to do anything to it. The support is great. It's not too hard or too soft. I wish I had found it years ago!

I tend to sleep with my arm under my pillow, so I've always struggled between too little and too much support. The great thing about this pillow is the cradles your head with the same support whether my arm is under it or not.
