[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two pillows as a buy one get one free deal. I tried one and it wasn't as comfortable as the price would suggest. I tried to return the unopened one, but was told there is zero return policy. I could not get anyone to speak to me.

Wasn't sure about spending so much on something as simple as pillows, but now I wonder what took me so long. They've significantly helped improve my overall sleep quality, which has made them a great value overall. I would definitely buy these Tempur-Cloud pillows again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this with contour supreme mattress. With supportable mattress, this soft pillow would be good choice. Also, if you want low pillow, I reccomend this because it is lower and cheaper than other cloud pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my pillows and mattress topper! Most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on by far! I'm a night shift nurse so sleep is everything to me. Since using these products, I've had a big improvement on sleep!

I bought 4 of the pillows and when I opened the box the smell was terrible. It smelled like a combination of chemicals and mold. We tried airing them out and putting an extra pillow cases on them but the smell came through. It was awful and made them unusable. I reached out to Tempurpedic to return them and they said 'no' because they only take pillows back if there is a 'defect'. They gave me suggestions for how to make them smell less bad (e.g. sit on them (!?) to expel the odor, roll them from end to end, leave them to "air out" for some unknown period of time). In my view it is a completely ridiculous attitude for them to take since they clearly know the pillows have an odor but don't mention it in the product description.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of the tempur-neck pillow for years but was looking for the more traditional pillow shape with the temper-pedic technology to outfit my guestroom. Over the holiday season plenty of family visited and all commented on wanting to purchase their own tempur-cloud pillow after having stayed with us. These pillows were a great purchase.

I have been looking for a pillow that keeps its shape for years. Tired of always buying new pillows. I used to use 2 pillows but this one is so thick 2 would be very difficult to sleep with.

The pillow is comfortable, but it is lacking a lot. For the price I would of expected a little more. Once you lay down on it, the pillow goes very flat and fast. I would of expected a little more firmness from it. All in all I will be saving money and buying another set from Tempur-Pedic but more firm. Buy more firm is my recommendation after 4 nights
