I am able to sleep throughout the night with great neck support due to the contour of the pillow and firm but enveloping material. I now wake up pain free after 26 years of chronic neck pain! I've recommended these to co-workers and plan on getting these for all of my family for the holidays. I never thought a pillow could change my life so much. A cloud like, luxury experience from the neck up. A must have.

No support. Pillow goes completely flat as soon as you put your head on it. I expected WAY better from Tempur Pedic and the astronomical price that they charged. Also, give it time to air out because it smells just as bad as a brand new memory foam mattress

MY WIFE AND I ORDERED 2 CLOUD PILLOWS WHICH WE HAVE RECEIVED. THEY WERE SHOWN AS MEDIUM SOFT. AS IT TURNS OUT, THE PILLOWS WERE FIRM AND NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. WHEN WE CALLED TO RETURN THEM FOR A SOFTER PILLOW, WE WERE TOLD THAT PILLOWS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. WE WERE SHOCKED TO HEAR THIS SINCE WE PURCHASED THEM FROM TEMPURPEDIC DIRECTLY. WE DIDN'T USE THEM AT ALL. WE ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THEM THE SAME DAY WE RECEIVED THEM. SHAME ON TEMPURPEDIC FOR NOT OFFERING AN EXCHANGE POLICY.

If I sleep on anything remotely firm, I usually wake up throughout the night and/or wake up with a headache in the morning. I've gone through many different pillows over the years, but I'm finally able to get a full night's rest. Love my Cloud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd been using cheap pillows that anyone can get through internet or giant supermarkets. But, every morning I had a neck pain, and even while sleeping I couldn't really find a comfortable position. I thought it was due to my body shape or bad sleeping behavior. However, all the problems instantly went away after I sleep with this Cloud pillow. This is awesome, and I recommend anyone who seeks a better sleeping experience with relatively low cost.

I bought this product on a whim and with no expectations. Not only is it the perfect height and mix between firm/soft, but it has genuinely fixed my sleeping habits. I sleep soundly through the night as opposed to waking up every hour. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH

I purchased two pillows, and they are so soft that they don't offer any neck support. It will feel comfortable for about 5 min before you feel like your neck is sinking into the pillow, and then it will take a long time before it inflates again. I do not recommend it. I went back to my old pillow, which is more than 7 years old an still holds some firmness. Also, I can't return and get my money back so this was a waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously I would wake with sore neck and shoulders. But with my Tempur-cloud pillow I wake refreshed and without pain. My neck is supported all night and I don't hunch up my shoulders anymore. Best pillow ever
