Bought this pillow after trying over 10+ different brands and have not looked back since. It conforms to your neck while alleviating pain and discomfort. I got the starting pillow but it stays cool and always goes back to being fluffy and not staying flat. Not much negative I can say about the pillows since they are the best I've owned.

I've owned the pillow for over 10 months now and I can confidently say this is the best pillow I've ever rested my head on. I love it so much I let my dad try it, and he purchased two of his own! We previously had a tempur-pedic mattress for 10 years that we loved but we were talked into the sleep number. We should have given it back but didn't and struggled to sleep. We just thought we would adjust and we couldn't justify buying another expensive mattress so soon. Finally decided to try the bed topper. Best decision! Have been sleeping on it now for the past few weeks and love it! Finally feel well rested and my body doesn't hurt.

I ordered this pillow with the expectation that it'll be "extra soft" like the description stated, but was greeted with a pillow that feels extra firm and is very uncomfortable to lay on. It honestly gives me a headache while laying on it, and it runs warm after laying on it which disappointed me alot, especially for the price.

I was a down pillow user before and fluffed/adjusted my pillow each night. I no longer have to do that - this pillow does it automatically with its memory foam filling. I prefer soft pillows and this one was perfect for me. It's also a good size and fills up a standard pillowcase. Worth every penny! I ordered a second set for my children.
