I have neck and shoulder pain. I bought a cheaper pillow that's working okay but wanted to get a better quality one that would work better and fell for the advertising of this pillow. I need a slightly flatter pillow so my shoulders don't hurt, which usually means the curved firmer pillows are out. I figured since this one is softer and made for back sleepers it would work. Unfortunately, while it sinks down for my head the ended of the pillow where your neck is is stiff so it's too much pressure all night on my neck and shoulders. Just don't buy this pillow. It's not going to work if you are a back sleeper. I don't understand these positive reviews. Are they using the same pillow?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Cloud is a great pillow for those wanting a comfortable sleep and get away from those old/over priced cotton stuffed pillows. My brother was in a bad motorcycle accident and when his birthday came around he really wanted one tempur pillow to help him sleep more comfortably and cushion some of his sore limbs, and tempur had a great deal on the tempur-cloud, so I got him 2 great pillows and I didn't break my budget. It even helped me make a good meme birthday card and I'm actually gonna get myself a pair of these pillows if the deal is still available.

Not sure if I was just needing to adjust to the new pillow, but after those couple of days it has not happened again. Now I am sleeping great and not waking up as much as I use to during the night. Just wish it was a little bigger, but it's is a standard size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of the tempur cloud pillows about a month ago and I'm in love with them! The quality is amazing and I love how it's literally like a cloud that forms around your head. Not going to lie, I even sometime hug my second one while I sleep because of how comfy they are. Everyone should own at least one of these pillows. I plan on getting one of the cooling pillows pretty soon too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is pretty good for stomach sleepers. It did get a little warm at first...and had a slight smell that went away. I think the one with cooling would be better. I did end up liking it after adjusting sleeping on it.

I train jui jitsu and other arts so after being thrown around and sore I needed to change up what I was sleeping on. These pillows are like a cloud in heaven for your head and I cannot say enough how AMAZING they are. If you are looking for a better nights sleep every night then you need to invest in this pillow

I've tried other high-tech pillows and all have been too tall/hard and left my neck in more pain then before. My neck/back felt great after the first night of using the Cloud Pillow.
