I like how soft is the pillow, but I can't tell which side is front, which side is back, up and down, so I tried four sides of it... haha.. if there is some instruction, that would be helpful.

The pillow is very soft, which is great to start but then i wake up to a flat pillow during the night and have to flip it to the other side for more support, again and again.

This pillow truly helped with my sleep. I wanted something that conforms to my neck while giving some resistance, and this one delivered. I do recommend changing sides every so often

I love the old pillow but these new ones are so much harder without any firmness to keep your head up. It’s almost flat after you lay on it and does not return as quick. I don’t recommend this product anymore. They must of changed the material used.

Ive had the pleasure to sleep with this pillow for the last month. I love it. It is firm yet squishy and comfortable. I have not had better nights sleep since! I sleep on my back and this is perfect

We tried out all the pillows we ordered, and this one stood out right away. I slept really well on it, and the comfort level was exactly what I was hoping for. After testing everything, this pillow is definitely one I’d recommend.

I’ve been using Tempur pedic pillows for 20 years, but this pillow in particular is the worst I have ever tried! I can hardly sleep and wake up every day with neck pain from this pillow! Apparently they offer 5 years warranty, but not on comfort!🙄

It could be a bit firmer, but I should've bought the slightly firmer pillows instead of the cloud series. This was my first pair of tempurpedic pillows, so I'll know for next time.

Very disappointed in these pillows. They offer no support at all. I have to use multiple pillows for support. I toss and turn all night. Not worth the money.

We have searched for a long time to find a pillow that is comfortable, soft and still supportive. This is that pillow. We are very happy with our purchase and would buy more when needed.
