Pillow does not hold up to my sleep habits, pillow balls up and doesn't give me very good sleep comfort

Purchased this pillow during a BOGO event and it's too soft. I can't return them so I gave them to a family member to use.

Love these pillow! So comfortable, works perfect with my neck issues! We even have a older one that still feels brand new!

This pillow is soft and can be manipulated but it's to flat to me that I can feel my hand to my head I love my head not flat
