[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a just right soft pillow. Firm enough to feel head support but soft get a light sink in. Sometimes the firm pillow are to hard. Thinking about getting another one.

I now sleep more comfortably. I get a much better night's sleep. No more achy, sore neck in the morning. I used to blame my aches and pains on getting old. Now I realize it was the darn old pillow I was using!

I sleep on my back and this is Not a good pillow for back or stomach sleepers . You can't smush it to make it comfortable under your head/neck . I will be checking in to getting a refund , for sure .

I love these pillows they contour to your head and are very soft and comfortable. No neck problems when you wake it. They are great and very worth the price. I hate that I can't use two more on my bed .
